Our website and online ordering is available 24 hours a –day. Our Customer Service line (973) 248-1466 hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST. The customer service phone line is closed on weekends and major holidays. Feel free to contact us by e-mail at anytime; we will try our best to respond in a timely fashion.

A Perfect Basket is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Your credit card information is entered into a secure web page, and it is not stored online or otherwise by A Perfect Basket, LLC.

We collect and store certain personal information only for the purposes of fulfilling your order. We will not share, sell or otherwise distribute any of your personal information to any other person or company, unless we are required to do so by law. We will use your email address only for the purposes of communitcating with you about your order or orders, unless you explicitly allow us to do otherwise. Will not sell or otherwise release your email address to any other parties without your express permission.

A Perfect Basket uses cookies as part of the functionality of the website. Any information stored in cookies is securely encrypted, and is used soley to identify you to our website for purposes of shopping and ordering, and will not be shared, sold or otherwise distributed to any other person or company. Substitutions:

At times we may need to substitute items due to availability; we reserve the right to substitute an item with a similar one of equal or greater value.
Please Note: From May - September many of the chocolate items in our gifts are replaced with other gourmet food of equal or greater value or our prices are adjusted accordingly.

Return Policy:

If an item or basket is received damaged or you are not satisfied with one of our baskets please contact us immediately by phone. We will happy to correct any problem or arrange a refund upon mutual agreement. All damage claims or complaints must be made by phone with-in 7 business days of receipt or no action will be taken.

Shipping Policy:

We make every effort to ship within 48 hours from the date ordered unless another date is specified. We offer USPS priority mail with order confirmation. Most orders arrive at their destination within 2-3 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). We can not guarantee transit times. Overnight and express service is available at an additional charge in accordance with USPS. Local deliveries in northern Bergen and Passaic counties in New Jersey may be available upon request at an additional charge. All requests for local delivery must be made by phone.

Sales Tax:

6% New Jersey sales tax will be charged on all applicable items being delivered to New Jersey destinations.

Corporate Accounts:

A company account may be established after completing a credit application. We do request a credit card for the first order, however, and will keep the number on file. Invoices go out within three days after the order is placed. If payment is not received within 15 business days of the date of the invoice, the amount will placed on the credit card. ANY BILL PAST DUE 60 DAYS will incur a $30 late fee.

Payment Policy:

Personal orders require payment by credit card; we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Large orders may require a 50% down payment and longer lead times. Please call for large or corporate orders.
